Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
A reliable and hard working Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic lead role with a highly regarded law firm based south of Birmingham. Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with at least 5 years caseload management expertise and supervisory experience. Salary is upwards of £38,000 and negotiable, depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join a busy property law department that has developed a really good relationship in its community, managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases through to conclusion. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. The lead Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will also manage a small team across two sites, consisting of a handful of fee earners and secretarial support. The role will also provide an opportunity for some face to face field work, building out relationships with existing clients.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running managing all types of conveyancing transaction and leading a small team by example.
