Personal Injury Solicitor
An experienced Personal Injury Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a leading West Yorkshire UK law firm. Applications are invited from ambitious Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years experience managing pre and post litgated aspects of a Personal Injury caseload, majority RTA with some EL and PL. Salary is upwards of £28,000 with excellent benefits. Short-listing this week.
The successful Personal Injury Solicitor will join a busy, expanding legal team, managing a majority Fast Track RTA caseload to conclusion, with a high level of autonomy. Day to day duties will include the preparation of trial bundles, negotiation of settlements and instruction of Counsel. High levels of service delivery and client care expected at all times.
Applications are invited from ambitious, career minded Lawyers with a history of managing off portal RTA litigated files, ideally with some exposure to bike claims plus some EL and PL. This role has genuine prospects for promotion and opportunity for multi-track exposure due to the team leader being one of the firms expert training managers.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience gained in a leading regional or national working environment and will have already started to gain a reputation for making solid commercial calls under pressure and against deadlines.
