This is an ideal opportunity for candidates who are seeking to work 3 or 4 days, and who may also be restricted from overnight travel commitments due to current circumstances. We are seeking candidates with a track record of managing senior stakeholders (HR Director level) relationships in large Corporate businesses, who are able to find solutions and offer pragmatic advice to a range of Employment Law queries. Candidates will be expected to have experience of both contentious and non contentious respondent matters, with advocacy experience an added bonus.
Your role will cover all levels of advice to a growing client base, tribunal preparation, project work, and contribution to the suite of online help materials provided by the business.
