Acting for employers and senior executives, you will undertake City level, high value & complex Employment matters across a variety of sectors. The work is varied and involves contentious & non-contentious matters. You will gain exposure to board level work, advising on complex cases such as discrimination, restrictive covenants, bonus disputes and negotiating exit terms for Senior Execs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Employment Lawyer (3+ years PQE), with a strong academic background and a solid track record within Employment, ideally gained at another City firm. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate their commercial-awareness and drive.
