An Actions Against the Police/Civil Liberties Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a leading Legal 500 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join their well-respected Actions Against the Police/Civil Liberties team.
The successful Solicitor will run a caseload of matters such as wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, claims for assault and malicious prosecution. You will also work on claims against the Ministry of Justice and act in inquests and inquiries.
Applications are invited from Solicitors with a track record in Civil Liberties/Actions Against the Police work and you will have experience making applications to the LAA.

Nina has a BA in History from the University of Leeds and is also an accomplished dancer, performing in various dance shows including one in Disneyland Paris.
