Clinical Negligence Solicitor - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
£40,000 - £50,000
A leading Claimant Law firm based in the heart of Bristol require a clinical negligence solicitor to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework, working on a caseload of clinical negligence, multi-track claims. The caseload will primarily be cases involving mesh surgery.
As a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years' PQE, you will deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with multi-track cases, such as costs and the litigation process.
- Experience of running a varied multi-track clinical negligence caseload.
- Exellent knowledge of the law relating to clinical negligence and the civil litigation process.
A day in the life of a Lawyer is never the same, however a typical day may include carrying out relevant investigations, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements; preparing for Conferences and Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).
