An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Law Costs Draftsperson to join an established and expanding Costs team at their York office.
My client can provide varied and high-quality work with it being a mixture of Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and Commercial. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3 years' experience as a Costs Draftsman/Lawyer. Advocacy is an advantage but not essential.
Applicants should have experience in drafting Bills of Costs/Budgets, negotiating and drafting replies. Attendance at detailed assessment hearings & CCMC's would also be ideal.
