SOLICITOR - TAX, TRUSTS AND ESTATES
SALARY: £50-£65K NEGOTIABLE, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Our leading, esteemed and highly reputable client is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their award-winning Oxford team.
Top 50 firm, working with Chambers and Legal 500 ranked colleagues supporting national clients.
Ideally candidates will be a Member of STEP or in the process of becoming a STEP member.
Candidates will have solid wills and probate experience and be experienced in running their own independent caseload of files, covering estate administration (including taxable estates), Wills and estate planning and trust advice (setting up and advising re trusts) with an interest in dealing with more complex cases.
Those familiar with taxation of trusts, including 18-25, interest in possession and discretionary trusts, including the interaction with s31 Trustees Act 1925 are particularly of interest.
The successful applicant will ideally be between 3 to 6 years PQE, and can demonstrate strong technical expertise, ambition, and a history of strong academics and working prior within established firms.
The firm is offering a role akin to working in the City and the rewards that come with it, whilst being in Oxford.
