Oxford – £42,000 - £60,000




Our leading, esteemed and highly reputable client is seeking a talented Court of Protection / Private Client Solicitor to join their award-winning Oxford team.

Top 50 firm, working with Chambers and Legal 500 ranked colleagues supporting national clients.

The role involves Court of Protection cases, as the caseload includes; assisting injured parties, elderly clients and those with special needs to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place.

The team also deals with Court panel referrals, personal injury compensation trusts and professional attorneyships.

The successful applicant will ideally be between NQ to 5 years PQE, and can demonstrate strong technical expertise, ambition, and a history of strong academics and working prior within established firms.

The firm is offering a role akin to working in the City and the rewards that come with it, whilst being in Oxford.
