An International law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced administrator. Our client is a dynamic, rapidly expanding global law firm focused on providing a complete legal service to their clients in core sectors of legal services.
Typical duties will include:
* Answering inbound client queries and also making outbound calls to clients
* Booking Counsel
* Arranging meetings
* Diary management
* Providing general administrative support for fee earning staff
* Liaising with external agencies and suppliers
This role is for a candidate looking to pursue their admin career therefore those with an LPC will not be considered.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience ideally within a law firm as knowledge of legal terminology will be a distinct advantage. You will also be a competent user of MS Office, have a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
