Accounts Receivable Team Leader

Manchester – £27,000 - £28,000

A fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join a market leading business based in Manchester.

Due to continuous growth, record sales and further investment in the business an AR transaction processing team leader is required to join an established team. The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of AR finance transaction processing services with a culture of service excellence. The key responsibilities of the role will involve:

* To provide coaching to team members identifying development needs and appropriate development opportunities
* To ensure that all transactional processes are efficient & effective with best practice clearly documented & delivered
* To define service levels and KPIs and to monitor team performance
* To work in conjunction with the Credit Manager to ensure there are no issues during the year - end audit process
* Management of ad hoc projects as required
* To keep abreast of latest developments in regulations in all areas of responsibility

Desirables and Essentials:

* SAP experience a must, Sage 200 a plus
* Must be able to use formulas in Excel
* French, German, or Dutch language is a desirable

The successful candidate will have relevant experience leading and developing a transaction process team, have a proven track record in automating and streamlining business processes, be proactive, highly motivated, analytically minded and take a hands-on approach.
