I am currently recruiting for one of the leading mid-sized law firms in the West-Midlands, who are looking to recruit an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to join their Head Office location located just outside of central Birmingham.

My client operate a number of locations across the Birmingham area and are going through a period of sustained growth which has lead to them looking for a HR Manager who can handle a busy workload. Based in the Edgbaston area, my client are near to all major transport links and can offer a flexible opportunity for those looking for a more modern approach.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 and will be comfortable in handling complex HR matters such as disciplinaries, recruitment interviews, grievances and absence management meetings.
