Interim Construction Solicitor - In-House

Manchester – £96,000 - £120,000

New opportunity for an experienced Construction Solicitor to assist a National developer with a short term requirement. Based in Manchester, we are seeking candidates who have previously acted as a Construction Solicitor within Private Practice or In-House.

It is expected applicant will have experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters, although the main body of work for this assignment will be non-contentious. You will have acted previously on large scale development projects and be experienced in all elements og legal work relating to this, including drafting and negotiating the full suite of building contracts (JCT, NEC3 etc), framework agreements, consultancy agreements, collateral warranties etc. The client will consider applicants who wish to work 3 days per week and can be flexible to accommodate a split between home and office working.
