Property Damage Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive - London
A highly regarded national law firm is currently seeking a property damage lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with 0-2 years PQE (although there is some flexibility in this respect) to join its team in London. Candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.
The role will involve assisting lead fee earners on property damage claims, comprising impact damage claims, fire claims, escape of water and impact damage claims. There will also be exposure to professional indemnity matters. The ability to work within a team is essential.
Previous litigation experience is essential. The firm will consider candidates from both Defendant and Claimant backgrounds. You must have the ability to deal with major and expensive matters.
