A leading Umbrella company based in South Manchester are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity with a company that truly promotes internal development and progression.
As the Payroll Administrator you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for the following duties:
* Raise invoices from remittances
* Assessment of correct PAYE and NI being levied on each pay slip
* P45/P46 input
* Ensuring personal deductions are calculated correctly
* Process agency imports in accordance with the correct payment dates and terms
* Understanding the elements of a pay slip including Umbrella income to employment income
* Ensuring all invoices in the sales ledger are paid
To be successful in this role you will be a strong administrator with experience in payroll. You will ideally have experience in working within an umbrella payroll environment though this is not essential. You will be a proactive and dedicated team player who can priorities workloads effectively.
