A Commercial Property Paralegal is now required for a rewarding opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 Law firm. The role will be based in the Coventry and commands a salary of up to £25K
Well known Legal 500 law firm requires a commercial property paralegal to join their highly regarded department.
Assisting on high net worth matters you should be able to deal with instructions through to post-completion under supervision, advise clients accordingly, propose and draft contract documents and accompanying documentation required for the conveyancing process and deal with enquiries raised by clients and by solicitors acting for the other parties.
The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, able to organise and co-ordinate well, be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills. You must possess a law degree and due to the nature of the role, experience with the Commercial Property processes and procedures is essential.
