A private client lawyer with court of protection experience is required for a rewarding opportunity within progressive, award winning firm in Worthing, West Sussex. Working as part of an established Private Client team, you will manage a varied caseload that will include Court of Protection matters and provide mental capacity law experience that will help grow the court of protection specialism within the firm.
As a Private Client Lawyer you will take on existing Deputyship work and help build up and develop the support team. You will advise on matters of wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. This role will also work closely with the PI/Clinical Negligence Department so you will be in an excellent position to help grow the firms reputation and have access to interesting work. This could be a great opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take on or grow into a leadership role for a firm that has an excellent reputation and an established market presence.
Applications are invited from experienced Court of Protection Solicitors or Private Client Solicitors who have handled Court of Protection files as part of a broader case-load. You will have the ability to build and develop strong relationships it is essential that you are an excellent communicator.
