Are you a Fee Earner/Solicitor with Housing Disrepair experience? Are you an experienced RTA Fee Earner/Solicitor who is looking for a re-train opportunity?
The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience within the Housing Disrepair or Landlord & Tenant sector and be comfortable working as part of a small team however candidates with no Housing Disrepair experience will also be considered for the role providing they have experience12 months + RTA experience
My client plans to begin a period of expansion starting with the growth of a housing disrepair department They would like a candidate that can be an integral part of that growth at the outset, in a nice working environment who would like to be an integral part of a hardworking culture which is fair and where staff will be rewarded for their work as we grow.
Candidates with at least 6 months' experience of working on housing disrepair matters should have strong knowledge of the housing disrerpair protocol (CPR) and be familiar with current legislation.
Additionally you possess excellent client care and communication skills and be passionate about helping the firm and department grow by attending relevant conferences and networking events.
