Corporate Legal Secretary- Manchester
An experienced Corporate Legal Secretary is required to join a Magic Circle firm within their Corporate department. Our client has a worldwide presence and are highly regarded for their corporate service. The role is based in one of their key offices in Manchester City Centre.
The position involves providing secretarial, administrative and PA support to a number of partners and fee earners. Typical duties will include audio typing, diary management and making travel arrangements.
We are looking for a candidate with a background in Legal Secretarial or Legal PA work, preferably at partner level. Experience within corporate would be beneficial but not essential. You should be a competent audio typist with a typing speed upwards of 65wpm. You should be organised with a proactive attitude and have the ability to work on initiative.

Lilly returned to Douglas Scott in 2017 following a one and a half year stint working in Finance recruitment. Following her promotion to Associate Recruitment Consultant, she now oversees our Legal Business Support functions and team. She works with a variety of clients from large scale international companies to smaller high street firms; her own focus centres around the recruitment of professionals including (but not limited to) HR and Business Development Managers, IT staff, Legal Secretaries, Personal Assistants, and Financial Controllers within the North West region.
