Private Client Solicitor
My client is a long established law firm with a strong presence across the North West area offering a variety of professional legal services for individuals and businesses. The firm currently have a requirement for an experienced Private Client lawyer to join the team and manage an existing case-load of works.
Joining a highly successful and well established team, you will work without supervision, managing your own case-load of Private Client work that may include specialist advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Codicils, Powers of Attorney, Care for the Elderly, Trusts and Inheritance tax planning.
The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 4+ years PQE who must have experience in working a range of Private client matters and managing your own case-load.

Amy joined Douglas Scott in November 2010 and has extensive experience covering the Manchester and Yorkshire markets. She currently manages the Yorkshire desk and works with various clients across the Yorkshire and North-East areas and deals with key client accounts on a nationwide basis. Amy returned from maternity leave in early 2017 and dove straight back to work, managing a large Master Vendor account as well as its dedicated team of consultants. Amy has been in recruitment since June 2004 and before making the move into legal recruitment she worked in the accountancy and finance sector. She graduated with a Public Relations Degree from the University of Lincoln and before this studied at Harrogate Ladies College. In her spare time, she cares for her young daughter Evie.
