Conveyancing Assistant, Warrington
A Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Warrington. Salary is up to £19k depending on experience.
My client is a well-established multi service law firm who have grown substantially over the years. Due to continued growth & expansion they are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to assist on a caseload of residential matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in conveyancing and the ability to work with minimal supervision whilst delivering the highest levels of service. Experience of dealing with clients and their estate agents is essential along with a high level of computer literacy and ideally experience of using case management systems.
You must possess previous experience in a Conveyancing role as a Paralegal/Assistant . You will be responsible for assisting on and running a caseload and you will have the ability to draft correspondence and keep accurate file notes.
With a solid training programme in place, the role offers a clear professional progression path to fee earner level.
