My client is a leading regional firm based in Bristol. Due to continuued success and growth, they now have a requirement for a construction solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE to join their Bristol team working in both contentious and non contentious construction matters. The firm is offering an industry leading package with quality training and the opportunity to work with a leading client base that includes well known retailers, banks and developers.
You wiill work as part of a team that will provide legal advice on a range of non contentious construction matters that can include the build of new builds, extension and refurbishment projects, retail and residential developments etc. As part of a highly reputable team, you will provide non contentious construction related legal advice and work may include proposed transactional, development, sale and purchase agreements; and advise the clients, or third part consultants on the alternative forms of construction contract/procurement route and procurement process, and provide guidance on their suitability of use;
Previous experience of working in construction is required, applications without will not be considered for this role.
You will be a hard working, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. An excellent package, training and leading work load is on offer.
