Job role: IT/Technical Trainer
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: up to £30k DOE
Douglas Scott are currently recruiting an IT Trainer to work within a Top 100 law firm in Manchester City Centre.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in delivering full in-depth training of all internal case management and support tools. Software applications training is also a requirement. Your main role within the firm will be to elevate each colleague's system knowledge, use of support tools/applications and case management processes ensuring colleagues are competently managing services for clients and customers.
To provide full system training to colleagues and when require technical resource to support process review and the roll out of new system changes and functionality.
This role focuses on delivering effective training to ensure colleagues are competent and meet the required systems knowledge and processes required for their role. This position focuses on learning and development activities aimed at new and existing colleagues relating primarily (but not exclusively) to:
* System, technical and process training
* General training, development and coaching to enhance knowledge, competence and performance across the operation
* System and process improvement and associated changes
