A leading and well regarded law firm is expanding their accounts team and require an experienced Legal Cashier to join them in their Stockport Office.
Our client is a multi service law firm that service Commercial & Private clients with a range of business & personal legal advice. The accounts team is a high performing team that is social and friendly to work with.
Working within a team the Legal Cashier role will be to support the accounts function mainly dealing with client accounting. This will include; banking, cheque production, bill processing, bank reconciliation's, invoices, filing, transfers and other duties as required.
It is essential to be considered for this role that you have solid experience as a Legal Cashier (at least 12 months current experience), up to date knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules, excellent organisation and attention to detail and a positive and proactive attitude.
The role is a full time permanent position based in central Leeds and this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed.

Lilly returned to Douglas Scott in 2017 following a one and a half year stint working in Finance recruitment. Following her promotion to Associate Recruitment Consultant, she now oversees our Legal Business Support functions and team. She works with a variety of clients from large scale international companies to smaller high street firms; her own focus centres around the recruitment of professionals including (but not limited to) HR and Business Development Managers, IT staff, Legal Secretaries, Personal Assistants, and Financial Controllers within the North West region. Lilly has previous legal recruitment experience acting as a resourcer for the Douglas Scott Locum team as well as working across key accounts, including those of Master Vendor status.
