A top 30 UK law firm with an International presence has and premium reputation in Corporate and Financial Services are they are seeking to recruit an Associate / Senior Associate to join the firm working in Capital Markets.
The Corporate group have a wide range of International clients across a range of sectors. They have also represented many offshore structures on the sale and acquisition of assets and businesses in the UK.
The firm have a strong reputation in equity capital markets work and act for a large majority of the AIM nomads and brokers. This is a role for Corporate lawyer with good experience in ECM (AIM and Main Market) to join a premium level team. Other responsibilities may include:
* Public M&A (Takeover Code)
* Private M&A work for UK, European, Japanese and US clients
* Group structuring and restructuring
* Joint ventures
* General corporate work.
The firm is modern and forward thinking, offering some flexible working as well as achievable billing targets (1500). The firm will appoint at Associate or Senior Associate level (pending experience), and the successful candidate can expect to join a leading team in a modern working environment that is dynamic, forward thinking and ambitious.
