A top tier, International law firm currently has a requirement for a Corporate Lawyer with a good technical background to join the London team focusing on high value corporate transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior / mid level lawyer with 2 - 4 years PQE. You will have commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional experience to join a growing Corporate team that is based in London. You would be joining a friendly and professional team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations.
This is a highly regarded law firm and you can expect to work in an established Corporate team that contains a number of ranked legal 500 lawyers. This role will challenge and develop your career quickly and on top of the excellent work, training and development opportunities on offer. You can also a competitive remuneration package (75k+) future opportunities to progress and flexible (including home based) working.
To be successful in your application you must be driven and ambitious individual who has excellent all-round communication skills. You will have some experience in Corporate law and will have a strong academic background.
