My client are a Top UK Law Firm who have a brilliant reputation Nationally and are looking to appoint a Facilities Assistant on a Permanent basis. They offer a brilliant and supportive working environment.
As the Facilities assistant you will be working across disciplines such as Post Room, Reprographics and scanning services, and any office related tasks as required.
* Scanning, photocopying and printing
* Ensuring electronic documents are processed and available when required
* Assists with the process of mail (inbound & outbound).
* Dealing with internal & external telephone calls
* Reprographics, including high volume copying and printing of documents
* Co-ordinating with various contractors and suppliers.
* Archiving and file retrieval.
The ideal candidate will be professional and organised. Experience of working in the legal sector would be advantageous but is by no means essential. However, it is essential that you have come from an office environment and have good IT skills.
Given the nature of this role, it is likely that your background and experience will include:
At least 4 GCSE's (or equivalent) including C grade or above in English and Mathematics.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Office based experience is essential and experience working in a Facilities team is desirable.
The ability to work interdependently and as a team is essential
