Firm roots, well established in the Yorkshire region for over 100 years, well-respected and specialists within their fields, this law firm is looking for a Post Completions Clerk for an ongoing assignment in their Sheffield office.
Firmly ingrained within the Top 200, year-on-year, they're looking for a candidate who carries the same values as them, transparency, honesty, empathy, with a strong emphasis on client care and retention.
What we need is a candidate with a passion for what they do, with a background in Residential Property. You'll be working in a hugely successful team, supported when required, most importantly of all, you will be encouraged to progress with in the firm, either through promotion or training to improve your existing skills.
Within this role, we're looking for someone who can carry out Land Registry searches and regulations, be confident enough to communicate with clients and lawyers, submit lease notices and handle deeds of covenant.
We will consider those with either a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary role but really, we want a candidate who has the experience to be able to perform brilliantly in this position.
