Based in the centre of Liverpool, working for an award-winning law firm, we're looking for someone to join a newly-structured department as a Welcome Team Supervisor on a 9-month contract with the possibly of a further extension.
A position that is extremely vital within the firm, it will be your job to maintain the high standard of client service that they have received plaudits over. You will be one of the first points of contact for those wishing to do business and gain assistance in trying times.
With this in mind, we need someone who is friendly, can empathise with others and overall, provide be pleasant and responsive to any queries which come in to the firm. We're also looking for someone who is both pro-active and reactive, able to adapt to either situation and think quickly. It's also possible you may deal with those who are difficult, so you'll have the ability to diffuse the situation, understand and grievances and look to get them solved in an efficient and helpful manner.
You'll have the responsibility to coach others and review performances.
You will be part of a successful and vibrant team, there to provide any help you may need.
In return, salary is negotiable, dependant on experience, with a comprehensive staff benefits system.
Standard hours will be 09:00 - 17:00.
