Title: Commercial Contracts Manager
Salary: £38,000 to £42,500 per annum
Location: Bristol or Birmingham City Centre
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager to join the In-house Legal team within the Healthcare sector.
This is a role which would require the successful Commercial Contracts Manager to support the incumbent Operations team by producing, and maintaining, all contractual documentation through the entire contractual life cycle- including the mobilisation, maintenance and closing phases of the business.
As the Commercial Contracts Manager, you will have the ability to instantly understand highly complex and varying contractual relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors, ensuring that these said relationships are sufficiently reflected within all contractual documents. The successful individual will directly liaise with the department heads and report directly to the Finance Director- possessing the ability to efficiently summaries complex and technical agreements to non-legal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Commercial Contracts background and be able to negotiate, manage, and implement the full contract life cycle from start to finish. A relevant background within the Public sector will be highly advantageous but is not essential for this role. A proven ability to manage and organise yourself and others will be required for this role.
This is a demanding, but equally rewarding, opportunity to gain first hand Commercial Contractual Management experience.
