My client is looking for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their growing Bristol office. The ideal candidate will have a good breadth of experience having specialised in Wills & Probate work for at least 5 years.
This is a full-time role whith working hours being Mon - Fri however part-time candidates will be considered if suitable.
The suitable candidate should be able to deal with the matters in the following areas without any supervision:
Drafting of Wills and Codicils
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Drafting Deeds of Variation
Deputyship Applications to the Court of Protection
Participating in networking and practice development activities.
You will have 5 years+ experience in Wills & Probate work and possess good communication skills with a track of record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals. It is important that you are enthusiastic and engage in networking and practice development activities.
You will show demonstrable ability and be keen to build and maintain client and referral relationships
with a professional but friendly and approachable personality.
