Multi Track Fee Earner wanted for a rewarding opportunity with a dynamic and growth-orientated law firm based in Liverpool.
A leading regional practice my client is recognised as a specialist in its field offering lots of scope for progression and a quality work load.
Due to continued surpassing of targets my client are looking for a Personal Injury Fee Earner to handle a portfolio of claimant multi track value personal injury cases. The caseload is a mix RTA and EL / PL and involves cases with claim values between £25,000 and £250,000.
The successful Fee Earner will experience of dealing with multi track value injury claims and will be a competent and experienced litigator. You will have a commitment to delivering excellent client care and strong technical ability with practical knowledge of court procedures. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills to include negotiation and objection handling.
The ability to work as part of a team and the motivation required to work to and achieve targets and deadlines is essential.
