New opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong Wills & Probate Solicitor, to join a long established South Manchester Law Firm.
Our client is Legal 500 ranked Firm which offers a full range of legal services to the Greater Manchester and Cheshire markets. You will be joining a highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked department which specialise in the provision of advice in respect of all Wills and Probate matters. Your role will be managing a caseload consisting of will writing, inheritance tax, trusts, power of attorney, Probate, Court of Protection, and disputes in respect of these matters.
Ideally you will be 2-3PQE, although applications will be considered from candidates with slightly more or less experience. You must be able to work under minimal supervision, demonstrating commitment to the highest level of service delivery. You will be expected to handle a diverse Private Client caseload from start to finish and actively participate in business development.
