New opportunity for a EL/PL Fee Earner to join a specialist PI Firm on the Wirral. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
This firm is a small but well established personal injury practice which has a high volume of EL/PL work currently. Due to continued growth and new instructions they are looking to recruit an EL/PL Fee Earner to handle a busy caseload of EL/PL files including a high proportion of litigated cases.
Candidates must have the ability to independently and confidently run an EL/PL caseload from start to finish and you will have proven knowledge of litigation procedures, ideally acting on a proportion of litigated cases for minimum 12 months. You will have excellent communication skills, in person, on the telephone and in writing. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills attention to detail.
Applications are invited from Fee Earners with experience in managing pre and post litigated EL/PL Personal Injury files, including those of a complex nature. Similarly we would be interested in hearing from Solicitors with the aforementioned experience.
