A property law firm with an extensive commercial client base is looking for a housing disrepair paralegal to join a prestigious team.
The firm in question, which benefits from excellent management, a clean cut and organised structure and a fantastic client base is looking for a housing disrepair paralegal to join the current defendant housing disrepair team.
Acting for several commercial property firms amongst other clients, the firm has a strong reputation for its high-quality defendant housing disrepair work as well as having other commercial property department, and the role will involve assisting fee earners with a varied and high-quality case load which will lend itself to excellent exposure to a diverse range of files and strong progression opportunities.
This role is ideal for a paralegal with at least 6-12 months experience within housing disrepair, and although defendant experience will be an asset it is not essential. You will have strong legal academics and be able to demonstrate a keen interest in building a career in property law.
