Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor - West Midlands
A Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity with a Legal 500 firm.
They are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to help grow the presence of the firm across the West Midlands. The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have at least 6+ years (flexible) proven post qualification litigation experience, dealing with a range of matters and with extensive knowledge of general commercial litigation cases, with specific bias towards corporate litigation and partnership disputes, but also including IP litigation, defamation cases, contractual disputes and professional negligence claims.
The client is a values driven, forward thinking, legal practice with a number well established and successful offices, all which they are keen to develop.
