Our governing body, the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation), is launching a new compliance test as part of their membership process. Current and prospective members will have to prove they are committed to and are compliant with REC regulations on ethics and professional conduct and that they are adhering to the Code of Practice.
We passed our most recent audit with flying colours and look forward to the changes; candidates and employers will, we hope, be the main beneficiaries!
