The successful Recruitment Consultant will progress their career working to an achievable target, placing Solicitors and legal professionals into roles with an established client base that includes the UK’s leading law firms. On a day to day basis Consultants will efficiently manage the recruitment cycle, working closely with hirers in order to best market their opportunities to the legal talent pool. The majority of our placements come from our CRM but job posting skills are also tested when reaching out to the wider legal network. Recruitment Consultants should be good communicators possessing the account management skills and an ability to spot and develop a new opportunity.

The candidate will initially work as an Administrator to support 50 consultants within the business with the view to progressing up to a Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant level. Day to day duties will include answering the telephone/transferring through to the relevant person/taking messages, accurate and efficient document production, including CVs and salary surveys, adding new candidates and clients onto the database, hotel/train bookings, scanning/photocopying and general administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be a graduate who is energetic, versatile and looking for a role to really start off their career. It would be preferable that the candidate has previous experience in an administrative or customer service role with experience of handling telephone calls. The candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good sense of humour is essential.
