ROLE: Legal Secretary - Commercial Property

A leading law firm based in Cheshire is seeking a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join them on a permanent basis. The Commercial Property Legal Secretary role offers an excellent salary and career progression.
The Legal Secretary role will be busy and varied. Typical duties will include:
* Document Production (lengthy contract work, including track changes)
* Photocopying, faxing and filing
* Digital Dictation
* Searches & forms including Land Registry, SDLT, Companies house, Searchflow
* Liaising with clients and third parties
* Diary Management
* Filing & Archiving
* Occasional Meeting & Travel arrangements
To be considered for this position it is important that you have solid experience within Commercial Property as a Legal Secretary.
You should be confident in the property searches mentioned above and be able to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail is a must and you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and third parties.
