An industrial disease paralegal is required to handle a mixed caseload of industrial disease files for this leading law firm. Salary to £21k.
A leading national law firm, renowned for its dispute resolution and insurance expertise my client delivers legal services to a broad base drawn from across the commercial sector, FTSE 100 companies, the insurance industry, professional services, local authorities and other public sector organisations.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Disease paralegal to manage a caseload of around 200 defendant pre-litigated noise induced hearing loss and vibration white finger cases. The successful candidate will join a leading team dealing with high quality work and progressing cases from start to finish by settlement, litigation or withdrawal. The successful candidate will be expected to have had at least 12 months experience of handling his /her own noise induced hearing loss caseload.

The successful Paralegal will come from a claimant or defendant background having gained experience working in house or in private practice.
Excellent Manchester based Personal injury role with salary circa £21k.
