
A Legal Call Handler is required to join a Top Law Firm in Manchester. Salary 15k.
This position will involve answering incoming calls from third parties and responding to emails, and providing them with appropriate information from the Case Management System or directing them to the relevant person to deal with the query.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience within a client service or call handling role and some experience in working within a Law Firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years experience working within an office environment or a graduate looking to get into the Legal field.
Essential Skills/Experience Required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Legal Administration/reception experience
- A team player
- Good ICT skills
