Commercial Solicitor - Liverpool
A Solicitor is wanted to manage a varied Commercial Law caseload for an ambitious and forward thinking Liverpool based commercial practice. Salary DOE and up to c.£50K
A niche, dispute resolution practice based in Liverpool City centre my client has recently underpinned its expansion plans with the opening of a further office.
The department manages a range of matters from health and safety to data protection and oversees the preparation, negotiation and implementation of a whole host of commercial agreements. The successful Solicitor will hit the ground running a mixture of Corporate and Company Commercial work, candidates will have a strong background within these areas. Strong experience of transactional activities such as M&A and MBO will strengthen your application. Litigation experience an advantage but not essential.
