Solicitor, Paralegal, Residential Conveyancer
An expanding East Midlands based firm is looking for a number of Residential Property Lawyers to join their expanding team. Salary is upwards of £25k plus bonus.
Supported by a legal assistant the Property Lawyer will manage a full and varied caseload of sales and purchases to conclusion. Running a caseload of around 100 files you will be targeted to exchange a third and will make bonus based on achieving those targets. Day to day duties will include contract issue, dealing with enquiries, approving contracts for sale, raising enquiries and issuing and checking searches.
Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors, Paralegals or Residential Conveyancers who are looking to apply their skills in an ambitious, secure working environment. Acting for estate agents and housebuilders you should possess at least 18 months experience, plot sales exposure would be an advantage.
