Construction / Professional Indemnity Solicitor - London - Salary £75k - £100k
Construction / Professional Indemnity Solicitor, 2 yrs PQE, required by niche Construction/ Commercial Central London law firm.
You will be acting mainly via insurers with the majority of work involving the defence of claims against construction professionals. Additionally there may be occasional cases for Claimants and the firm sometimes also provides coverage advice to insurers. Knowledge of Health and Safety investigations and prosecutions would been an advantage. There is also scope for the successful candidate to assist with acting for other professions (solicitors, barristers, accountants etc) in relation to defending professional negligence claims.
A great package is on offer to attract candidates of the highest calibre. Ideall candidate will need to come from a top 100 law firm and proven experience on business development/ marketing skills are key for this role.
