UAE tops the chart for expats

Posted in News on 17 Aug 2015

You’re thinking of relocating for work, but where do you start to look? In the past, countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA would have been considered the most popular options, but global growth has changed the tides. A study undertaken by LinkedIn, who have more than 380 million members worldwide, shows that for the second year running the UAE has attracted more expat workers than any other country in the world.

This trend is apparent in the legal industry especially. Our team of international consultants have managed considerable growth in 2015, placing 300% more candidates so far than in 2014. The number of candidates seeking work in the UAE who have registered with us has increased by 62% in 2015, and the number of clients that we service has increased by 90%.

With an economy that continues to grow and an enviable working environment, the UAE is an ever popular destination for professional development – and the 0% tax rate is a definite incentive to live and work in this area.
