tailored to the individual requirements of the client. One of our

Contingency Recruitment
Probably the best service in the business. Well we would say
that but we honestly believe it. The main benefit of the service is
that we are only paid for our successes. We match your role using
our database of over 25,000 registered candidates, online and
offline marketing campaigns and referral. Running in tandem
with your own direct campaign we will sort
and qualify candidates against your brief, arrange
interviews and negotiate offers. If you choose our candidate an
invoice is raised on their start date.
Sponsored Advertising.
Blind or branded, our in-house advertising team works
closely with closely with carefully selected media partners to
create a recruitment campaign that will make your business stand
out from your competitors and promote your brand values. We
will manage the whole process and pass on any discounts we
negotiate through agency status.
Clients have 2 packages to choose from. A full, managed
advertising selection service where Douglas Scott manages
everything from applicant qualification through to interview
arrangement and the management of any offers. Option 2 can be less
expensive, where applications can be directed to Douglas Scott or
to the client directly with fees varying depending on how much
involvement we have with from there.
Retained Advertised Selection
We act exclusively in the recruitment of the right candidate for
a particular vacancy. We combine our contingency recruitment and
advertising service with our networking skills and legal know-who.
